Timescales

Collaborative working between partners takes time to develop.

It takes between six months and a year to properly develop a collaborative environment capable of supporting a business proposition.

Forward Planning

Our best advice is to plan as far ahead as possible and start to develop your collaborative capability without delay.

Preparation

The first question to ask - is it for me?
Not all organisations are capable of acting collaboratively so to gain an insight we offer our half day Introduction to Collaborative Working sessions with the opportunity for a one-to-one conversation with one of our specialists at the end of the event.

The next stage is to attend our two day Collaborative Relationship Management Foundation Course that provides a sound platform from which to grow effective partnerships.

We are here to help at each stage.

Collaborative Bidding Tenders

If a collaborative bidding tender has already been published it is too late to form a new partnership in order to bid.

The best strategy is to monitor the requirement forecasts made by various buying organisations from time to time in order to identify opportunities and then plan forward to win the business by partnering with others.

This is the way in which businesses can grow by sharing resources and bid for larger packages of work without major additional investment.
